Shipping is a service you purchase from carriers along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by carriers.
We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. All purchases are shipped by UPS / USPS.
In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH UPS/USPS.

WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE TO WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS! ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL!
Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Once again we are not responsible for package once it transfers to USPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if the carriers (UPS/USPS) loses the package.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address. Please make sure all addresses are correct, we will not refund for wrong address on your part.
IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF USA:
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped which may include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package (if applicable).
ORDER IS IN TRANSIT:
We cannot issue a refund once your order has been shipped and already in transit.
DELIVERY OF ITEMS:
In the event a customer’s tracking number states delivery was made to the customers address, Hotshopy does not offer refunds if the item is claimed to not have been delivered. If an item is not received when tracking information confirms delivery, please contact the designated shipping company (USPS or UPS) for assistance.
RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES INFORMATION:
Shipping cost is non-refundable, unless we ship an item in error.
Returns will require the customer to pay for return shipping.
